Silo will reimburse the user the transfer fee charged by the transferring institution, capped at an aggregate $100 per client. To receive the reimbursement, the client must email support@silomarkets.com with the amount they will be charged and a brokerage statement from their transferring institution that clearly displays their account ID. Once the ACATS transfer settles in your Silo account, Silo will pay out the reimbursement (up to $100 total) within the first 10 days of the following month during the user’s next cash back payment. Clients can be reimbursed for multiple ACATS, but total reimbursements will be capped at $100 per client. Clients must submit the outlined documentation above for each ACATS they submit if they wish to be reimbursed.
