Ben Hedges Promotional Disclosure
Silo pays Ben Hedges (“Promoter”) for certain marketing services. For performing these services, the Promoter is paid a flat, one time fee. The amount of this fee is set by the Promoter and is not related to the number of individuals who become active clients of Silo, but a conflict of interest may exist since the Promoter has been compensated by Silo. In exchange for this one-time fee, Silo is receiving promotions about Silo’s services and use of the platform. Promoter is a client of Silo. Promoter is not an employee of Silo.
This promotion is valid for up to a $100k deposit per user. Deposits within the first 30 days of opening a new Silo account are eligible for a 1% deposit bonus. Deposit bonuses will be paid out as equal payments over 12 months after the end of the 30 day deposit window. Bonuses will be paid out within the first 10 days of each month. If user withdraws eligible deposit before all bonus payments are paid out, they are no longer eligible for the remaining deposit bonus. Users will be able to keep the portion of the deposit bonus that has been paid out up until that point.
It is the user's responsibility to purchase Treasury Notes on the platform after they create an account to achieve the promotional yield. The Treasury Note yield displayed on the promotion is an estimate of current 1 year Treasury Note yields. Yields are subject to market fluctuations until the Treasury Note is purchased and the yield is "locked in" for the duration of the Treasury Note. Silo will update this periodically to reflect changes in rates. Purchase or Treasury Note is not required to be eligible for deposit bonus. Purchase of Treasury Note is simply a suggestion.
Silo is not responsible for applying promotional codes for situations where a user deletes the app, downloads the app without using the promotional link or other cases in which the promotional code does not reflect on the user’s account.
