Silo Rewards Is Exiting Beta
With the launch of our first airline transfer partner, a Star Alliance airline, the Silo Rewards Program will officially exit beta on November 1, 2026.
The program launching on November 1 is designed to be Silo's long-term, sustainable rewards structure, and we do not expect further changes to the standard rewards earn rates.
What changes on November 1?
- New members will enter under the new Member rewards generation.
- Stocks & ETFs will earn 0.25× points.
- Cash balances will earn 2× points.
- Each Blue, Gold, and Platinum plan will have a single annual points cap.
- Silo Rewards will officially move from its beta structure to its long-term rewards program.
The Early Member generation is still available through October 31, 2026.
Friends or family members who join by October 31 can still enter Silo under the 0.5× Early Member rewards structure before Silo Rewards officially exits beta.
Earlier members keep earlier benefits.
Silo has evolved quite a bit since we launched, and our rewards program has evolved along with it. We think the members who believed in Silo early should benefit from being early.
That is why members who joined under earlier versions of the rewards program can remain grandfathered into many of the benefits available when they joined.
Your Membership Generation determines the rewards structure available to you. It is separate from your current Silo plan, so you might be a Founding Member on Silo Gold, an Early Member on Silo Platinum, or another combination.
Where can I find my Membership Generation?

Member
For members who join Silo beginning November 1, 2026. This generation introduces different earn rates for stocks and ETFs and cash while keeping one annual points cap for each plan.
One points cap. Two ways to earn.
Stocks and ETFs earn 0.25× points, while cash balances earn 2× points.
Both contribute toward the same annual points cap for your plan. The 2× cash rate does not create a second rewards bucket or additional points allowance. It simply lets cash balances earn toward your plan's annual cap at a faster rate.
For example, a Gold Member can earn up to 250,000 total points per year through any combination of stocks, ETFs, and cash.
Silo Blue
- Stocks & ETFs: 0.25× points
- Cash: 2× points
- Annual points cap: 50,000 total points
- Statement credits: Not included
Silo Gold
- Stocks & ETFs: 0.25× points
- Cash: 2× points
- Annual points cap: 250,000 total points
- Statement credits: Not included
Silo Platinum
- Stocks & ETFs: 0.25× points
- Cash: 2× points
- Annual points cap: 1,000,000 total points

You Can Move to a Later Generation
An earlier Membership Generation is not necessarily the best structure for every member. Depending on your portfolio, cash allocation, plan, and how you use Silo Rewards, a later generation may occasionally be more favorable.
If you would prefer the benefits of a later Membership Generation, you may request to move forward to a generation that became available after yours by contacting support@silomarkets.com.
Generation changes only move forward.
Members may voluntarily move from an earlier generation to a later generation, but may not move backward into an earlier generation.
Once you voluntarily leave an earlier Membership Generation, its grandfathered benefits may not be restored. Generation changes are not automatic and should be requested through Silo Support.
Keeping Your Membership Generation
Grandfathered Membership Generation benefits are tied to continuous eligible membership.
If you cancel or otherwise terminate your Silo membership and later rejoin, your previous Membership Generation and its associated benefits may not be restored. You may instead become subject to the rewards program available to new members at the time you rejoin.
Maintaining an eligible Silo membership helps preserve access to the Membership Generation you currently have.
Your Account May Be Different
Membership Generations describe Silo's standard historical rewards programs. They do not capture every promotion, temporary offer, or individual exception that may have been available.
- Some members may have participated in limited-time promotions, such as earning 1× points for the first year followed by 0.5× thereafter.
- In certain cases, a member who joined after a normal generation cutoff may have been granted access to an earlier Membership Generation.
- Other promotional or individually approved terms may also apply to specific accounts.
Because of these exceptions, the Membership Generation displayed on your Silo profile is the best indication of the standard generation assigned to your account.
If you believe there is an error, contact support@silomarkets.com.
Important Program Information
Membership Generations describe the general rewards structures available to Silo members and are provided for informational purposes. Eligibility for points, rewards, statement credits, cash rewards, grandfathered benefits, and other Silo program features remains subject to the applicable Silo Rewards Program terms, membership terms, account requirements, eligibility requirements, and other applicable program rules.
Members must remain in good standing and satisfy applicable membership, account value, qualifying asset, payment, eligibility, and redemption requirements in order to receive program benefits.
References to total portfolio value or total net liquidation value are subject to the definitions, exclusions, calculation methodology, and other requirements contained in the applicable program terms. References to stocks, ETFs, and cash balances under the Member generation are likewise subject to the applicable definitions and program requirements.
Annual points caps apply in accordance with the applicable Membership Generation and plan terms. For members in the November 1, 2026 Member generation, points earned from stocks and ETFs and points earned from cash balances contribute toward the same applicable annual plan-level points cap. The 2× cash earn rate does not create a separate or additional annual points allowance.
Membership Generation cutoff dates describe Silo's standard program periods. Promotional offers, individually approved exceptions, transition arrangements, or other special circumstances may result in a member receiving benefits that differ from the standard generation associated with the member's signup date.
References to grandfathered benefits describe Silo's current treatment of earlier Membership Generations and do not constitute an unconditional guarantee that every program feature will remain available indefinitely. Although Silo currently expects the November 1, 2026 rewards structure to serve as its long-term standard rewards program and does not currently anticipate additional changes to standard earn rates, program features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by applicable agreements or where necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, economic, partner, or other reasons.
A member who voluntarily changes to a later Membership Generation may relinquish benefits associated with the member's previous generation. Earlier Membership Generations may not be reinstated after a voluntary generation change, cancellation, termination, or other loss of eligibility except where expressly approved by Silo.
Third-party brands, products, memberships, airlines, and credit cards referenced on this page are subject to their respective providers' terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Silo. Statement credits are benefits provided by Silo subject to applicable program requirements.
If there is any conflict between the information on this page and Silo's applicable legal agreements or program terms, the applicable legal agreements and program terms control.
