Accessing our secure portal

Understanding the Secure Portal

Sometimes, it may be necessary to access Silo’s secure portal to make changes related to our custodian. If directed by our support team or otherwise, the secure portal is a place to perform rare pending tasks or make essential changes to your account information and attestations.

How to access the secure portal

To access the secure portal, navigate to the profile tab (bottom-right) upon logging into your Silo account. From here, click on “Settings” and then “Access Secure Portal”. You may be given a temporary passcode that you’ll reconfigure once you enter the portal.

This password and the corresponding portal are independent of the Silo app. 

Once entered, you may be directed to do one of the following by our support team.

Address Pending Tasks: Whether it's verifying a transaction or confirming identity-related matters, the secure portal allows users to address pending tasks promptly and securely, minimizing disruptions to their investment activities.

Manage Account Information: Users can make essential changes to their personal information, investment preferences, and contact details within the secure portal. This ensures that account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times.

Attest to Service Changes: As Silo continues to evolve and enhance its services, users may be required to confirm or acknowledge changes to their account settings or service agreements. The secure portal provides a platform for users to attest to these modifications securely and transparently.

Prioritizing Security

Please note that the portal is not intended for linking external bank accounts or conducting banking-related transactions. For such activities, users should utilize the designated banking features within the Silo platform.
