How Do I Complete Identity Verification?

Identity verification is completed directly through the Silo account-opening process.

When prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to provide the requested information and documentation. Silo's integrated identity-verification system, including Au10tix where applicable, is used to help verify your identity.

Make sure the information you provide matches your identification documents and application information.

How Long Does Verification Take?

Identity verification is often completed shortly after you submit the required information, but could take up to 1 business day if manual verification is needed.

You should wait for Silo to confirm that your verification has been completed before attempting to trade.

What Happens After I'm Verified?

Once your identity has been successfully verified, Silo will continue processing your account as applicable.

When your account is approved and trading is enabled, you can access the available investing features and begin placing eligible trades.

Completing identity verification alone does not necessarily mean your account is immediately ready to trade. Other account-opening or funding requirements may still apply.

What If My Verification Is Taking Too Long?

If your verification has been pending longer than expected:

• Check that you completed every step in the verification flow.
• Confirm that the information you provided is accurate.
• Check your Silo account for any requests for additional information.
• Avoid submitting duplicate applications unless instructed to do so.
• Contact Silo Support if your verification remains pending or you receive an error.
