Once you’ve created your Silo account, there are still a few remaining steps before it’s fully approved and active. These tasks primarily focus on verification—which helps keep your account secure and compliant. Below is a clear checklist of what you may see and how to complete each item efficiently.

1. Identity Selfie Verification

In the Silo app:

• Select the “Finish Account Creation” banner on the Portfolio tab.
  
  
• Tap “Identity Verification”, which opens the Au10tix portal.
  
  
• Click the consent message.
  
  
• Scan a valid ID document.
  
  
• Take a selfie to confirm your identity.
  
  

Completing this step usually unlocks further verification tasks.

2. Proof of Identity Document Submission

• On the Portfolio tab, use the “Finish Account Creation” banner and select “Proof Of Identity”.
  
  
• Upload a clear image of an acceptable ID: driver’s license, passport, national ID card, or alien ID card.
  
  
• Make sure the expiration date (if any) is clearly visible.

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Note: Any transfers you initiate while your account is still pending will be approved only after your status switches to “approved”.
